• Conversation transcript. Every message you send to the coach.
• Contact details you submit at the end of a session: name, email, phone.
• Consent timestamp. The moment you ticked the box.
• Authentication metadata (your email + sign-in timestamps) when you return.

• No analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising trackers.
• No payment information.
• No data is sold or shared with third-party marketers.

• To generate your report — your transcript is fed to an AI model to produce your compass.
• To let you return — your magic-link sign-in needs your email.
• For SparksWise coaching follow-up, only if you explicitly ask us to.

• SparksWise coaches, when reviewing aggregate metrics or providing support you have asked for.
• Our infrastructure providers (database + AI gateway), bound by data-processing agreements.

Until you delete it. We do not auto-expire data — your past compasses remain in your account so you can revisit them. Delete the account and it is gone.

• Access — sign in and view every session.
• Erasure — sign in, go to your Sessions page, click Delete all my data. Or email us.
• Portability — email us and we'll send your data as JSON within 30 days.
• Rectification — email us with corrections.
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
